Description

Crispy, oven-baked Buffalo wings tossed in classic buffalo sauce — easy to make at home and perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

2.5 lbs. chicken wings or drumettes

1 Tbsp cornstarch

1/2 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp onion powder

1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

1/4 tsp freshly cracked black pepper

1/2 tsp salt

1 Tbsp cooking oil

4 Tbsp butter

1/2 cup Frank’s RedHot Sauce

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1/2 tsp garlic powder


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400ºF.

2. Mix cornstarch, paprika, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt.

3. Pat wings dry and toss with oil.

4. Coat wings with seasoning mix.

5. Arrange on wire rack over parchment-lined baking sheet.

6. Bake 30 minutes, flip, bake 20–25 minutes more.

7. Melt butter over medium heat.

8. Add Frank’s RedHot Sauce, Worcestershire, garlic powder; stir to combine.

9. Transfer wings to bowl, pour sauce over, toss to coat.

10. Serve hot with celery and blue cheese dressing.
