Description
This simple pink salt diet recipe combines Himalayan pink salt, warm water, and optional lemon or apple cider vinegar for a gentle detox drink that supports hydration and digestion.
Ingredients
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt (fine or coarse)
8–12 ounces lukewarm filtered water
Optional: 1 teaspoon organic apple cider vinegar
Optional: Juice of half a lemon or lime
Instructions
1. Pour lukewarm filtered water into a clean glass.
2. Stir in the Himalayan pink salt until fully dissolved.
3. If using, add apple cider vinegar or citrus juice and stir gently.
4. Drink this refreshing beverage first thing in the morning, ideally on an empty stomach.
5. Wait at least 30 minutes before consuming any food or other drinks.
Notes
