Ingredients
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 8 oz warm water (not boiling)
Instructions
- Warm 8 oz of water until it’s comfortably warm, not hot.
- In a mug, add the lemon juice, grated ginger, and cayenne pepper.
- Stir well until everything is dissolved evenly.
- Sip slowly on an empty stomach in the morning.

- For added benefits, include 1/4 tsp turmeric or a dash of apple cider vinegar.
