A light, tangy, and creamy 3 ingredient yogurt cake made with pantry staples—easy, healthy, and perfect for all occasions.
Ingredients
1.5 cups plain or vanilla yogurt (315g)
4 large eggs
5 tbsp cornstarch (55g)
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
1/4 cup sugar (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan.
2. Whisk yogurt and eggs until smooth.
3. Add cornstarch, vanilla, and sugar if using. Mix until lump-free.
4. Pour batter into the loaf pan.
5. Bake 50–60 minutes until set and golden.
6. Cool, slice, and serve with toppings if desired.
Notes
- Try with flavored yogurts for a sweeter taste.
- Top with fruit, syrup, or dust with cocoa for variety.
- Store in fridge for up to 4 days. Freezes well too.
