Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/2 cup protein powder
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. Mash banana in a bowl until smooth.
- 3. Add peanut butter and protein powder, mix until combined.
- 4. Scoop tablespoonfuls onto the baking sheet and flatten slightly.
- 5. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until edges are golden.
- 6. Let cool before serving.
Notes
Use chocolate or vanilla protein powder.
For extra protein, add chia or hemp seeds.
Dough can be prepped 48 hours in advance or frozen.
