Ingredients
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1/2 cup protein powder
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Mash banana in a bowl until smooth.
3. Add peanut butter and protein powder, mix until combined.
4. Scoop tablespoonfuls onto the baking sheet and flatten slightly.
5. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until edges are golden.
6. Let cool before serving.
Notes
Use chocolate or vanilla protein powder.
For extra protein, add chia or hemp seeds.
