Soft, chewy, and high-protein—these 3 ingredient bagels are made with Greek yogurt and come together in under 30 minutes.
Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
½ teaspoon salt (optional)
1 egg (optional, for brushing)
Everything seasoning or sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper, spray lightly with olive oil.
2. In a large bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, yogurt, and salt until crumbly.
3. Knead gently until dough forms. Divide into 4 pieces.
4. Roll each into an 8-inch rope and shape into a bagel circle.
5. Place on prepared pan. Brush with egg if using and sprinkle with toppings.
6. Bake for 24–26 minutes until golden. Let cool on wire rack before slicing.
Notes
For best results, cool fully before slicing or freezing.
Store in an airtight container at room temp for 3 days, fridge for a week, or freeze up to 6 months.
